Very friendly, responsive, and attentive host. He provided us with advice, information, and links to ease local navigation in Catania which was very helpful. The location is perfect close to the bus, train, metro stations, and main attractions. Clean, tidy, and cozy flat with all the necessary amenities (coffee machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, hair dryer, and more). Good value for money. We would definitely recommend it and be back again 👍
The exterior of the house looks not so attractive but the flat is nice and new inside. Sometimes neighbor was loud but if you close the window and put the A/C on it shouldn't be a problem. No iron if you want to iron clothes. Tourist tax 2€ per person per night is not included in the booking and to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Nicely decorated, fully furnished single-room flat with all the equipment that you need for a short stay.
The room is TINY, you can see it in the pictures but in reality it feels even smaller. Good for a weekend stay for couples, but only if you intend to be out most of the time. The area is slightly shady but did not seem unsafe. The windows (with frosted glass) overlook a tight courtyard between other buildings so there is practically no view outside. It also limits the airflow so it is rather stuffy inside, but the A/C helps a bit.
