Functional and quiet with good Metro connections and an excellent cafe in the very same building

Avoid this place.

It was dirty, smelly and pricy. The electricity stopped working during the night and it was -3c degrees outside, no number provided or staff ever even replied or checked back in to make sure we were okay. We shortened our stay. Terrible experience, stay away.

Bad and strange feeling everytime I was entering the bathroon

Good location, spacey room, friendly staff, parking right in front (but quite pricey), good breakfast option in coffee shop right at the entrance

Bathroom was big and well equipped BUT in need of renovation. Water damage, mold and water stains everywhere. Not a lack of cleanliness but simply not well built.

The staff tried to be helpful.

The bathroom smelled like mold. The key app didn't work and I couldn't get to my room. There were no receptionist at that hour.

Quiet accomodation with easy access to the city center.

The roxi is located in a quiet area of Brussels, Bus and Metro are nearby and take you into the city center in under half an hour. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious.

A good place with a great price-quality ratio. The room is spacious and comfortable, although quite worn out. Our favorite spot became the shared game area.

Perfect accommodation for our needs

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet, clean, modern and well located for our needs. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. There was a convenient small supermarket in the same building.

Nothing reallly. The price - but it is Brussels and good value for there. The walk from the nearest metro is a little long if you had heavy luggage, and a bit complicated the first time. There is a bus to the door if you get off the metro earlier.

It was fine - did what it said on the tin.

It was a good value for money compared to other Brussels properties. It was quiet, clean and modern. The location was not central but it is not an issue as you can easily take metro or a bus to the city centre.

Leak from the bathroom ceiling. Looking at the state of the ceiling it must have not been the first time it has happened.

Functional and clean

Stove top and fridge available, which is super nice if you travelling for work and want to have to option to have some food at your accommodation. Very big TV, functional and clean shower, and a desk to work.

The check in experience was a little disappointing. I arrived around 9pm and the sliding doors were closed to the outside. I had to wait for a resident to get out to be able to access the check in desk.

The aircon doesn’t work on floor 6 and when speaking to reception they already knew. Very warm and huge disappointment

I would not come back…

I liked the pictures, but in reality it didn’t look that nice. I liked how quiet was the night, and how spacious and light was the room.

Everything was rather old, lots of spots on the couch, the mattress was a nightmare. I was hurt all over my body and had to try sleeping on that little couch which was not meant for it and dirty…

Perfect bolt hole to explore Brussels from

Great base to explore Brussels from! Superb value for money, convenient shop next door, coffee machine was a bonus! Good location and easy to reach via the metro.

Bit warm and the aircon wasn’t super effective. Coffee pods were not replaced when room service came round which wasn’t ideal but I pinched my friend’s!

Excellent stay for a solo traveller, well equipped, hi-tech, calm and safe !

i liked the well equipped kitchen and tv with good closet all in single room, clean room and bathroom , good stay for a person overall. There is a Delhaize right under the building and two restaurant as well. Can take a bus towards Woluwe shopping centre and rodebeek metro also just 1km away. Good calm neighbourhood ,felt calm and safe.

there was no hot water both days I stayed and calling to reception dint go through. So if you need anything you are on your own because there is no other services provided. Instruction to room QR code was not working.

A perfect experience!

The staff is very kind and efficient (especially Hilla). The studios are really comfy. The location is perfect, next to the Metro M1 which leads you to the city center and the EU quarter in less than 15mn. The neighborhood is great. I had a long stay last year and Iwas very pleased with Roxi Residence, since then I can't think of any other Hotel when someone asks a recommendation for a stay in Brussels.

Maybe the weather, but we're in Belgium, right? ;)

Great value for money. Very clean place

No breakfast provided by the hotel, but there is a small supermarket nextdoor. There you can buy breakfast if you want with coffee and bread and much more. Also next door, there is a lunch rooms which opens at 10 am. The hotel itself was perfect with a small but clean room. Kitchenette available as well. Quite place at a good price.

Parking is paid in a parking garage for 7 euro per 24 hrs. Nothing else negative to think of really. Perhaps it is a bit out of the center, but we didn't want to go there anyways

Do not go there after 1600, you will end up sleeping in the lobby

This is a student home that rents out their temporary empty studios as a side gig. Location is good, crowd is good. It embraces the digital nomad vibe with lobbies and cubicles with large seats etc.

Air in room is super dry. All windows were bolted; no fresh air is allowed. You have a complete coffee machine in your room but no coffee. Worst: there is no reception after 16.00; and they have a system with access cards in lockers that only works if you get the mails on-time. I booked during working hours on the day that I arrived, but they could not handle that. I arrived before 23.00 as indicated in my reservation. The door was closed I could not get in. I sneaked in together with a resident and ended in a lobby. I called some numbers as noted on the doors but no one picked up. After a while, I got approached by a resident student that experienced so many issues with stuck travellers that she had saved a phone number of building staff. She started to make a call with someone. The staff member [i guess] on the phone needed around 5 minutes to find my reservation of Booking.Com. Finally, I got a PIN to a locker wall in the lobby in which there was a pile of envelopes with access cards, one was mine and I could have taken simply any one of these keys. If arbitrary residents start to save phone numbers of staff to deal with irritated & stranded guests, i can only assume this happens a lot! If that resident student had not approached my, I would have had to sleep in the lobby on a chair.

unbelievably unbearable

not respectful to the clients. second time having a bad experience with the service there. first time last week they didn’t send us the room access code so we were locked out until 11h30 and only accessed because other guests helped. this week I got to the room to find out my request for baby cot was not respected and no one could do anything about it. i had to find a way to make my baby sleep out of a bed abd that meant being awake the whole night.

the lack of organization and how they are not able to solve problems when they appear.

Perfect choice if you would like to stay next to the campus.

Very good location for UNI campus. The room was clean with comfortable bed and enough space. The heating was very good. There is a supermarket in the building.
