Leider im Untergeschoss keinen schönen Ausblick gehabt.

Viele Weberknechte und Spinnen! Matratze zu weich. Der Wasserabfluss in der Dusche funktionierte kaum und die WC-Spülung ging des Öfteren nicht aus. Insgesamt recht feuchtes Raumklima.

Lage. Zu laut. Dusche hatte zu wenig Wasserdruck und keine kontinuierliche Wärme. Außerdem war die duschtür nicht richtig montiert und Wasser lief aus.

Es war alles sauber und ordentlich , Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe sehr nett

Keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer, alles wirkte etwas kahl. Die Fotos bei Buchung waren anders, jetzt entsprechen sie aber der Realität . Eher Gefühl von Souterrain Wohnung
