O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem. A localização é muito boa e facilita o deslocamento.
O banheiro apresentava muito mofo no teto, e as paredes do quarto também tinham mofo. O barulho externo entra diretamente no quarto. A sacada é voltada para o estacionamento, sem nenhuma privacidade para deixar a porta-balcão aberta. A coberta tinha cheiro de usada e os travesseiros são muito finos.
