The location is very convenient, we can easily reach other areas in Warsaw. The apartment was clean and nice for a few days.
Unresponsive staff? The location was very noisy despite the label ''soundproof''. It's not the owner's fault for the building happening outside or the Irish pub and pizza place just in front for which a lot of people are gathering and screaming but there was literally a party in the apartment next to ours and it was terrible to sleep in these conditions despite the fact that I left a message. Location to avoid during high frequentation periods such as weekend / festivities.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location close to centre of the city . Fast and smooth check-in, and a very friendly and helpful host.
Everything was good, although the décor could use a little refreshing

Good location, easy to find, interiors are clean.
For group of four adults I can't recommend. Tiny apartment, no rooms with four beds. Just a rooms with two narrow double beds and couch. Double beds are quite narrow and wont fit two people.
Equipment are basic, we didnt get 4th set of bedsheets and towels, even though that was promised. Toilet was not working properly.
We ran into a conclusion in the end that we should've spent some extra money to get better room from somewhere else. For 1-2 people this is probably decent but for 3-4, dont go
