About this house rental

Cozy Studio Guest House in wonderful Franklin Park neighborhood. Tucked away at the back of the property behind the main house. Small space with full kitchen, well set-up to provide everything you need for a nice stay. Nice private outdoor space behind home. Equipped with Wi-Fi and cable including HBO and Showtime.
Located directly across from Franklin Park. Join the evening walkers, play some tennis, swim in the public pool, enjoy the music in the park, or pack some food and enjoy an evening picnic.

Please note: there are security cameras located at the front door of the main house, near the back porch of the main house, and on the north facing side of the Guest House. The cameras can only capture exterior images, none face into either house.

Lovely cottage, great location for walking. The space is very clean and nice. Monica was very helpful and professional. As a female traveling solo, I felt very safe staying here and would for sure stay again!
