About this house rental
Sunset Ridge is a wonderful place for a Church Camp or Retreat, Family Reunion, Corporate get away, or Youth Retreat. A beautiful, fun wooded location on 5 plus acres with a pool, hot tub, and access to the owners private 13 acre lake. We have a large meeting room, great for praise and worship or meetings.
Wonderful outdoor recreation opportunities, just 2 miles from the entrance to Crockford-Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management area, a great place to hike, cave or rock climb. Rock town is a popular bouldering location and Petijohns cave is a fun adventure.

Good space! Great property. The only weird thing was that one room is only accessible from an exterior door, but it was all nice! The gathering space/game room was great!

Such a perfect place for our soccer team. Amazing memories were made, property was very conducive for bonding.

I don't write many reviews, but felt this might be helpful for a future guest. I was fine with the stay, and it was cheaper than area hotels and such. There were some quirks I wish had been taken care of, however.The listing shows this property pin as beside the golf course (at least it did at the time of my booking). The actual address is toward the middle of town, close to Kroger. This was a little misleading up until the day of our trip.It was myself along with two colleagues that stayed in town for a conference: aka - none of our wives were with us. The property wasn't as clean as I imagine our wives would have been content with (bathrooms, beds, etc). The beds were missing some sheets as well as we only received towels and not wash cloths for hygiene purposes.There were other odds and ends that were slightly off, but overall we made due with what we brought with us/a dollar general run which we would have made anyway. I would more than likely stay there again, should I not find another option better in the community.
