Hotel con Corazón Granada

The staff, especially Mari, were exceptional. Welcoming, helpful, happy. The breakfast was lovely and the chef Cati was so much fun we did a cooking class and joined in on a dance class. Everyone made it so much fun. The room was perfect. The security was very good, it was peaceful and the salt water pool was great we had very good aircon and hot water. Nice coffee in the room. Good laundry service. They even helped my partner set up a rose petal romantic surprise in the bedroom. The 2 young apprentice girls Joanna and Nicole were so polite and sweet. Our welcome was great by Le Ne and he didn't make us check in till the morning. We didn't want to leave. Amazing place. Books, games, hammocks and rooms for kids if needed x.

Everything was spotless and on point. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around to see the sights, eat good food and have a few beers!

Proximity to main attractions

Check in gentleman was very pleasant and welcoming. Nice room and great location in Granada - short walk to main centre and park.

Expected better for the money. - this was one of our pricier stays touring around Nicaragua and didn’t reflect value for money. There was a motor running all night from the air conditioning from next doors room we think, which was annoying. Breakfast was also the most underwhelming we’ve had and most certainly not served with a smile! One small cup of coffee included- any more was chargeable.
