The Space:
This oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom has a king bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
Step out onto the private balcony from the living space to enjoy ocean breezes and views of the boardwalk. The condo also includes Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels for your convenience.

I loved that we were right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the view and fresh salt water smells. It was just what my husband and I needed.

The timeshare itself was clean, however the rest of the building definitely needed an upgrade and cleaning.

When we arrived the check in process was great and the people were very friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor next to he pool. The photos on Vrbo showed a balcony. Thankfully the AC didn’t work and we were moved to different room. The closing of the pool door, non-draining shower and being on the first floor was awful.
The next room was much better. The front desk included breakfast due to the move. It was not a good breakfast.
