Privacy, outdoor sitting, close to the sea, all kitchen utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, etc.)

House is sort of eco, that means, water from well, electricity from photovoltaic panels, aircon works, only when sun is shining, so no aircon during night. You can easily live with all that, but all this is missing in the description. When baterries are flat, there is diesel generator, but its very noisy (especially in the night) and stinky.
