We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Astir Palace. The location is excellent, just by the beach and also close to the city center, which made it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the start. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with plenty of variety each morning. The beach was beautiful and well-kept, and the pools were relaxing and a great place to spend time during the day. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back again

Nice, modern, upclass hotel. But should be more careful on cleanliness.

Spacious room providing both comfort and privacy for a family of 3. The breakfast was superb with a delicious open buffet. The beach is nice and closeby.

The pools looked not very clean. Noone from the group dared to swim in neither of them. To our surprise, they had a filthy looking color with dirt, leaves and branches from the trees floating on the surface. Also the delicious open buffet area was swarming with flies.

Romantic place

Lovely hotel, placed on the beach. The rooms are very clean - we were in a small maisonette with a fabulous view. Fresh fruit and coffee were waiting for us late in the evening when we arrived. Very kind and helpful personnel.

This was our 4th stay at Astir Egnetia and everything was wonderful as usual. This time we steyed at a room with a pool and kids enjoyed it a lot. We were 2 families with kids so it was very convenient for them to play in the garden just in front of the room. Breakfast had good variety and quality coffee as well. We’ll definitely be back.

It was so expensive based on what it provides. Also, there was a noise on the ventilator, ever couple of hours it started and woke up us every night. We told it to the reception several times, but nothing happened

Exceptional

Staff is highly motivated. Rooms are big and quiet, bright and comfortable. Every inch quality through out the facility. Highly recommend this place. Breakfast is superb, Covid precautions are exceptional and not disturbing. Also 2 days after we left the hotel, I called the reception to gather some knowledge about the border crossing, as always staff was helpful and quick in helping us the situation. Thanks Grecotel Astir Egnatia.

Amazing location, pools and beach

The location is really amazing, close to the beach and the city center. Its great for families, we have two small children (ages 3 and 8) and they loved the place. Pools for all ages, beach just few meters away, free lunch and dinner buffet for the small ones. The room was spacious with view towards the beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very welcominv and helpful

The bathroom had a weird construction..as soon as one took a shower the whole bathroom became like a pool. It was impossible to get rid off the water. The same was with the balcony, we realised one day it was a storm. The food at the buffet at dinner was not very nice. Cheap though for the place. We had eaten at the same resturant a la carte and it was delicious but the buffet I do not recommend.

Fantastic Hotel in Alexandroupolis!

It is a great big complex with various pools. We also had our own pool and direct access to the beach, that was great! The shower was amazing as well and the beds too!

The rooms were not 100% clean, some spiders found. Also some appliances seem to be outdated and the AC couldn’t be adjusted.

Kaldığımız oda ile yandaki odayı ayıran sadece kilitlenmiş bir kapı vardı. Haliyle bütün konuşmalar duyuluyordu. Kapı yerine duvar olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Tuvaleten çıkınca el yüz yıkama lavaboları odanı içindeydi .Kapalı ortamda olsaydı daha iyi olurdu.

Odanın tuvalet gideri kokuyordu. Havuzlu odada perde mekanizmayla kapanıyor. Çocuk uyurken havuz alanına çıkamıyorsunuz. Plajın sağ köşesi aşırı şekilde taşlık. Sol taraflar daha iyi ancak yinede plaj ayakkabısı gerekiyor. Oda kapılarının anahtarları sorunlu. Yüz sefer okuttuktan sonra belki açılıyor. Kaç kez anahtar değiştirdik bilmiyorum

Tesisi çok beğendik havuzlu odalarda kaldık her şey çok güzeldi merkeze çok yakın denizi halk plajı(doğal olarak) ama otel şezlong ve şemsiye koymuş ücretsiz faydalanabiliyorsunuz hem havuza hem denize çok yakınsınız kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibar güleryüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcılardı. Çok keyif aldığımız bir tatildi teşekkür ederiz.

Büyük havuzu çocuklar tarafından istila edilmişti bu yüzden çok çabuk kirleniyordu temizlense de sorun çocuklarını etrafa rahatsızlık verecek kadar zaptedemeyen maalesef Türk ailelerdi, bunu bilerek gelin.
