Not as expected of a 4-star place

Nothing comes to mind. Apart from the view maybe. But it’s not like in the pic - the pic is taken in a clever way. The apartments are on the main road which is convenient in a way, all the busses stopped right by our terrace, but you get all the traffic noise all hours of the day as well. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful with queries we had. Supermarket was not far - 5 mins walk - just check your receipt to make sure there are no extras in there..

Unfortunately, it is not a positive review. I upon arrival thought that I accidentally booked 3 or 2 stars place, not 4. Pictures look a lot more pleasant than the reality. The roof terrace was not in use, it was filled with concrete or smth when we arrived. Speedy WiFi would only work in the middle of the living room; you move to the bedroom, bathroom or terrace and you have no WiFi (at least with iPhones). We had to arrange a lot of roaming for everyone. Trying to stay positive, we thought we would concentrate on the nice beaches and try to spend minimum time in the apartment. The nearest beach looked lovely, however, it turned out to be only for use of a very nice hotel located right by the beach; you could rent 2 sun beds and a parasol for €200(!) a day €100 of which can be spent for drinks (maybe food, cannot remember); as there were 4 of us that wasn’t an option. In the corner of the same beach you could rent the 2 sun loungers and a parasol for €35-50 but be ready to sit side by side by other people - it’s so crowded. Next when heading south - Queen’s beach, most beautiful in our view (no sun loungers etc, so bring towels and your own parasol). Next - King’s beach - similar to Queens but bigger-longer. And next - Sveti Stefan beach with enough space to bring your own parasol and further south near Hotel California beach bar, you can rent a parasol and 2 sun loungers at €30-50. Upon return to the room in the evening.. we discovered all the lights were so very dark.. (not pleasantly subdued) so everything looked very sad.. The bed in the bedroom turned out to be squeaky and uncomfortable , I am guessing a very old spring mattress.. Cannot remember the last time I slept in smth of that kind. And then the air conditioners turned out to be very loud. We slept without them the first night but used thereafter as it was hot. The place was not pleasant to us. So, if you are happy with the price, be prepared for the above.

Excellent Stay at Apartment Raymond: Clean, Convenient, and Courteous Host

The first thing that impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The room itself was quite impressive, with a big TV that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I particularly appreciated being able to relax and unwind in front of the large screen after a long day of exploring. One of the best features is its convenient location. It is situated close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. This made it convenient to sample local cuisine and experience the vibrant food scene of Montenegro. The host was extremely polite and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided helpful local tips and tricks. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and added a personal touch to my stay. Furthermore, the availability of a private garage with space for up to 6 cars was a standout feature for me. It provided peace of mind knowing that my car was safely parked and secure throughout my stay. This added convenience and security were definite bonuses.

We needed to fight some mosquitoes before going to sleep.

Forget about 4 strars. It was about 2 stars property.

Without protection against bugs or moscquitos...no hair dryer, no coffe...the photos posted on booking weren't realistic at all...jacuzzi was a joke of the owner. We reserved room with balcony and was balcony but in the middle of a dirty yard, with a view to nowhere but garbages and dry grass.

Great view of the sea, major intercity road and construction works!

The accommodation was spacious and clean with a big balcony, with a nice view of the sea. The Apartment Manager was welcoming.

The advert was misleading because Apartments Raymond is located right on the major intercity road. This meant the noise of the traffic was really loud to the point we weren't able to use our balcony, which was positioned directly above the main road. It was so loud, we struggled to sleep. Furthermore, there were early morning (from 7am) construction works happening right next door to our apartment which we hadn't been made aware of prior or after booking which added to the noise disruption. The following day, we asked if we could be refunded so we could find more appropriate accommodation elsewhere. However the Apartment Manager was not willing to honour this, and therefore we had to raise a complaint with Booking.com. After this, the Apartment Manager offered us an alternative room, however this was in the afternoon on our last day, so we saw no point at this late stage. In summary, instead of having a nice quiet retreat with a sea view room as we had hoped, our stay at Apartment Raymond felt more like being in the heart of a busy city!

Ужасный номер без интернета

Понравился только вид с балкона

Номер 1 совсем не такой как на фото, очень старая мебель и техника, плохая уборка номера. В спальне ужасный матрас, кровать скрипит, спать невозможно. На кухне плита такая старая, что не понятно включена она или нет, холодильник работал очень плохо, даже воду не охлаждал. На кухне нет даже соли, не говоря уже про масло, Сахар или кофе. Указано, что в ванной будут средства гигиены - а на самом деле одно мыло. Полотенца не белые, а очень уже старые. Номер с видом красивым, но шум от дороги просто ужас. Интернет не работал, вызывали мастера, он включал вай фай и говорил, что все есть, работал одну минуту и опять выключался. До бесплатных пляжей далеко, пешком минут 25. Видно, что владельцам все равно на просьбы жильцов, это самый неудачный номер из всех, что мы видели в будве.

Appartement confortable et spacieux idéalement placé pour profiter de la plage et des alentours

Accueil extrêmement gentil et chaleureux par le concierge qui a été très disponible et prévenant tout le long de notre séjour. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de la jolie plage de Pržno et de ses restaurants très agréables le soir. L’appartement était très grand, bien équipé et confortable. Parfait pour des séjours de tout type.

Rien à redire, surtout au vu du prix très abordable.

Wenig barrierefrei, teuer und eher schon etwas älter !!!

Letztenendes war der Mann an der Rezeption recht hilfsbereit.

Es steht geschrieben, dass die Appartements über einen Lift erreichbar sind. Man muß hier schauen ob sie von oben oder von unten meinen, denn der Lift startet im 2. Stock. Das ist für Menschen mit Rollstuhl ziemlich blöde. Zudem war heute morgen die Treppe zum 1. Stock zugeparkt, was die Sache nicht gerade vereinfacht.... Der zugewiesene Parkplatz am Hang im Olivenhain ist dann auch egal, aber eher schwierig, vor allem wenn man noch Sachen aus dem Auto holen möchte. Schlussendlich muß man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei 145 pro Nacht ohne Frühstück für das, was man bekommt nur mit dem allgemein hohen Niveau in MNE erklärbar ist. Die Photos müssen jedenfalls bereits vor einigen Jahren gemacht worden sein. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Rent och välutrustat. Fantastisk balkong och lägenhet med gott om plats. Vänligt bemötande. Läget med promenadavstånd till många stränder.

Varmvattnet tog slut så det gäller att duscha tidigt.. Huvudvägen går precis framför hotellet så ganska högljutt stundtals. Relativt farligt korsande av vägen.
