接待人員十分友善，房務與共同區域清潔人員也相當有禮貌。
浴室比較少放衣服的地方，浴室內只有一個毛巾架，走出來洗手台的區域也只有一個置衣架，同時要擺放四個人的毛巾與衣物不容易；沒有廚房，颱風期間只能用公共區域的微波食品使用微波爐加熱。

子供の好きなトランポリンがあり、子供が退屈せずにステイできていました。
卓球場の近くにランドリーがあり、洗剤の香料の匂いがきつ過ぎて、通る時に苦痛でした。公共施設では無香料の洗剤を使用してほしいです。

スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。説明も丁寧にしてくださり、臨機に対応して頂けたこと。
ラブホの跡地をリノベーションした感じ。部屋自体もホコリや髪の毛があり、清掃が行き届いてないように感じた。
