The location is clean
The room is very small, not how is in the photos, only one person speak english from all the staff of hotel and restaurant, breakfast is not included and we wait 40 minutes for the food, location is very far from the center of Izmail. Because nobody speak english we cannot eat also lunch because they dont know how to take the order. They dont have elevator and nobody help with the luggage to the upper floor.
