To book this property, please PLEASE ASK OWNER A QUESTION to inquire about your group size (don’t click reserve) Large groups only on weekends, minimum 18 guests, 12 guests minimum for 3 night weekend stay. Any size group (smaller) can book Midweek September-June ONLY. Non Holiday.
The Nightly Price adjusts by the number of guests. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, each additional guest above 4 is $40/pp, per night. The house can sleep up to 30 guests depending on how your group breaks down, singles, couples, children.
SPECIAL MIDWEEK RATES (Non-School Vacation Dates) FOR SMALLER GROUPS - GREAT RATES and you still get the entire house! Inquire by asking owner a questions for special mid-week rates.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATION - If it's close to the date and the calendar is still open reach out for special pricing.

ABOUT THE HOUSE...
INSIDE
Enjoy a cup of coffee in the vibrant Sunroom overlooking the river. Two living rooms and 3 levels of wide plank floors, colonial style bedrooms in rustic fashion. A large farm kitchen with a beautiful gathering table that seats large groups where you'll enjoy good food and lots of laughs together. Guests have full access to both the house kitchen and the chef's kitchen with a huge commercial refrigerator for all the extra food, both are fully equipped with service up to 30.
THE BARN (where the fun really gets going)
Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Hand Shuffleboard Table, inside Corn Hole, Darts, Chalkboard Wall, Family Games, Kids Toys, and lots of Books! A cozy Gaming Corner with TV + XBOX, couches, bean bags and chairs. In the Camp Room you'll take a step outside with a T-Pee, futon lay down for the night checking out the glow in the dark ceiling shooting stars and a full moon!
Then take a climb up to the 3rd floor to the Big Screen, Popcorn & A Movie sit back in vintage theater seats, comfy couches and watch one of over 1500 DVD movies with surround sound movie experience. Hook up your Xbox or watch the Superbowl on the big screen through streaming apps. KIDS LOVE THE BARN! ADULTS LOVE THE BARN! Really, everyone loves the barn, tons of fun!
OUTSIDE
Enjoy the Back Deck Bar, Outdoor Kitchen with Grill and large Hot Tub with Bluetooth speakers. The cleanliness of the tub is very Important to us! Prior to each stay we vacuum, scrub, rinse out filter, test and add chemicals along with changing out the water regularly.
Off the deck is a beautiful staircase that leads to the backyard with a stone Fire Pit at the edge of the Baker River. Kayaks and paddles are tucked up underneath the deck on racks and life jackets as well. String Lighting between the barn and trees for great fun playing a huge selection of outdoor games day or night.
Rustic Gatherings Lodge has an abundance of bed linens, bath towels, pillows, sleeping bags, cots, floor mats, Keurig, house coffee pot, coffee grinder, French press, coffee carafe, KitchenAid, food processer, blender, crock pots, waffle irons and so much more! Please feel free to ask us just to make sure we have what you'll need.
We don't have a lot of cleaning tasks for you to do at check-out, just pile your towels on the bathroom floor and load up the dishwasher, we'll do the rest, no stripping beds.
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES Wanna plan a special retreat, have us cook for you. We are Farm to Fork, locally sourced personal chefs, we'll cook good food the way you want, meeting any dietary allergies, restrictions, or preferences. A beautifully designed table setting for you to enjoy our artisan meal presented by generations of my family, my mama whom I grew up cooking in the kitchen alongside myself, and my beautiful nieces. You'll hear about the history of the home, what farms your food came from and how it was prepared. Truly a unique experience.

Everything was great from top to bottom about house from the adult game room the theater room and the massive kitchen which helped out cooking for our group. The host was very helpful with any questions that we had during our stay and definitely be going back again

Absolutely amazing property and excellent host. They thought of everything and had such clear instructions throughout the house. Every detail and small amenity made the stay seamless and stress free.

We rented this for a bachelorette weekend and it could not have been more perfect! And the communication/greeting from the owner was impeccable. Sandy met us and showed us all we needed to know. Not only that but she had a cute little note and some chocolates for our group. The hospitality was so kind! She also was reachable via text which was super helpful! Now to the house - first of all, it’s huge! The pictures don’t do the size justice. When you pull up it’s deceiving from the road what lies within. The house is super cozy - from the eat-in kitchen to the multiple living rooms, breakfast sunroom, and barn! The barn, is amazing! We didn’t have enough time to utilize all that is in the barn/theatre. We were 10 people but this place can easily accommodate many more. I wish we had more time to enjoy everything. We wanted a weekend where we didn’t have to go anywhere and this fulfilled that beyond anything we could have imagined!
