This newly built one-bedroom apartment is part of an exclusive villa which is situated on the beautiful South Coast of the island, just moments away from the popular Long Beach. This apartment is equipped with a king-size bed and has its own private bathroom, plus a balcony with a garden view, spacious kitchen, and dining area.
The space
Other amenities include a flat-screen tv with an android box, air-conditioning, stovetop, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, security safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. A washing machine (use for a fee), iron, and board are available in the building.
Guests are free to use the air conditioning at a fee.
Free parking.
Guests receive weekly clean bed sheets and towels. Should you desire housekeeping it is possible at a fee. The cleaning fee paid at the booking is for clean sheets, towels, and cleaning after the guest has left.
It is possible to have assistance in getting some shopping done when making your booking, and a shopping list with various food items can be sent to you and will be ready upon arrival. Kindly note, a fee of $ 12,50 and the price of the groceries will be charged should you desire to utilize this service.
