The apartment is in a good location, easy walking distance to a nice beach, and close to Zadar. Clean apartment and nice large bathroom.
The accommodation is advertised as a 'holiday home', however in reality it is a second floor apartment. It is not really big enough for 6 people and the photos are taken with an ultra wide angle lens to make it appear much more spacious than it really is. In the photos the lounge area looks large enough for 6 however in reality there is not enough room for 6 people. In the photos garden furniture has been placed in the only walkway into the garden, making it again appear much larger, and a more usable space. The pool and garden are more suited to use by the owners on the ground floor, the barbecue had not been cleaned out and the pool was green in the corners and had tiles missing on the bottom. In the garden there is a trampoline full of the owners children's toys, and toys are scattered around the gardens. As a result we did not use the pool or garden area during our stay. A few other basic things were missing, such as hot water in the kitchen, tea-towels and a kettle. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable. We were all quite disappointed, particularly with the outside area, because the weeks holiday before this we had spent in a holiday home nearby, and spent a lot of our time in the garden and pool. Overall this would be an ok apartment for 4 people, however the outside area is not welcoming/usable, it lacks a few basic things but mostly I feel it is being mis-represented by the details and the photos.
