    Overall, this is a good hotel, especially if accessibility is your priority. The location is excellent—it’s right near the subway station, and the nearest exit has an elevator, which is a huge relief when traveling with luggage. The room size is decent and comfortable, and the reception staff speaks quite good English, making communication smooth. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, the soundproofing is quite poor. Whenever the guests in the next room opened or closed their door, it was so loud that it gave me a fright—I mistakenly thought someone was barging into my own room! Additionally, because the hotel isn't in a main tourist district, some of the nearby chain shops and restaurants close on Sundays. Just be sure to double-check operating hours on Naver Map before heading out to eat on a weekend. Despite the noise issue, it was a solid stay for the convenience.

    For a 4-star hotel, my 5-night stay here was an absolute nightmare. The AC Doesn't Work: The room temperature was a stifling 28°C. It was uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to sleep. Awful Customer Service: When I complained, the female front desk agent was completely dismissive. She only offered a small fan—which was useless since there are no charging ports near the bed. My second call was ignored entirely. Luggage Hassle: It took three phone calls before they finally agreed to change my room, forcing me to repack and move all my luggage myself. Bad Location: The nearest subway station is a 10–15 minute walk. It is far from major city hubs, taking a grueling 45 minutes just to get to Itaewon. Overall: The staff has no idea how to handle guest problems, the rooms are uncomfortable, and it is absolutely not worth the price. Stay somewhere else!
