About this apartment rental

DUPLEX from 2 to 5 people ski-in/ski-out in the heart of the 3 valleys ski area. In addition to the Méribel ski area, you can quickly reach the areas of Courchevel, Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Ménuires and Val Thorens.

The apartment is located in the Hameau of MOTTARET (residence "Le Boulevard") at 1800 meters above sea level (residence in front of the "Perdrix" slope which leads to Mottaret).

Located on the top floor with a clear view of the Saulire massif, it has its private parking in the basement of the building (included) and an independent Internet connection (LiveBox) with Wifi.

Recent kitchen open to the living room for more space and conviviality. It has plenty of storage space, a 3-burner induction hob and an extractor hood. Fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also available.

On the ground floor: a large living/dining room (balcony offering a magnificent view of the Saulire area) with 1 trundle sofa bed, a recent equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilets.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with bunk beds, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together.

Plenty of storage space to allow you to take full advantage of the space in our apartment. Several amenities are available to you: a dishwasher, a television, a LiveBox with WIFI, a Bluetooth speaker with radio and a NESPRESSO machine.

You will find on the ground floor of the residence all the amenities to enjoy your stay: ticket office for ski passes, a ski school departure point, several bars and restaurants, equipment rental companies, a mini market.

Our apartment is rented with its private covered parking (very rare) and its ski room.

A person is in charge of welcoming you and remains available and reachable throughout your stay. He can, among other things, offer you cheeses for your raclettes or fondue and organize backcountry skiing trip.

Sheets and bath towels are not provided. It is possible to request them upon arrival at the rate of €16/person/week. End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. An external service can be ordered (subject to availability) at a cost of €80.

Truly ski in ski out. Right on a green run next to the ESF meeting point and also next to the top of the gondola lift. Shops, ski hire, restaurants all in the building. The bus stop for the but from the train station stopped at the front door. Really helpful owner and support on-site for all our questions. The apartment is relatively spacious for ski accommodation and the kitchen very recently modernised. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The property was very very good and Andy who showed us where everything is and helped us with our parking etc and throughout our stay was excellent. The facilities for cooking in the apartment were excellent too. Vrbo was the only fault. I was not happy with the communication with them. They kept calling me Stella and my name is Ann and I did not appreciate having messages sent on my phone while on holiday regarding my next holiday.
