Lokalizacja blisko deptaku i morza. Według mnie to jedyne atuty
Brak parkingu co wiąże się z dodatkowymi kosztami a jest bardzo drogo i daleko we Władysławowie. Dojazd winda która jest na końcu korytarza na 3 piętro. Apartament przy drzwiach na korytarz słychać każe wejście i wyjście bo jest brak samozamykacza drzwi trzaskają. Właściciele mogliby zamontować rolety zewnętrzne

Bardzo ładne mieszkanko, blisko plaży i ścieżki leśnej. Dostęp do lokali gastro, sklepów większych i mniejszych spożywczych. Blisko na pociąg.
Nie dostałam informacji ile zapłacę za psa oraz że wgl mam się skontaktować aby poinformować o psie. Na stronie widnieje informacja że możliwość noclegu z psem ale mogą obowiązywać opłaty. W informacji powitalnej razem z danymi do dostępu do mieszkania nie dostałam żadnej informacji ile pies by kosztował, a dowiedziałam się o tym dopiero jak opuściłam mieszkanie 🙄
