Spectacular Rainforest View Home

Very nice house, well equipped, just a bit far from main road, but views are incredibly!

I researched hours and hours about where to stay/go and what to do in Costa Rica and after a friend recommended Dominical/Uvita area I found Pogoda. Once I booked, I hardly had to do any more research-Tim was so helpful. Instantly he became our family travel agent and was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He planned all our excursions and even a few restaurant ideas. Pogoda is a beautiful and unique home on the top of paradise. The ride up is exhilirating and fun, and when you reach Pogoda it's worth it. The view is one like I've never seen- and we woke up to it every single morning!! Our family LOVED the outdoor living space on the top floor and spent our evenings there, listening to the rainforest sounds, enjoying the solitude. Our trip to Costa Rica would not have been as perfect without Tim and Pogoda. He eased the stress of travelling internationally, and the home is a sanctuary. I MISS IT. Tim is now a friend.

We had a spectacular stay at Pagoda! The views are amazing… really some of the most beautiful views I’ve seen! And from the master bedroom, you get to wake up to those views just by sitting in your bed! Also, the house is surrounded by trees with lots of birds and we even had a sloth living in the property those days! The outdoor spaces are super comfortable for big groups and all have beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The owner Tim lives in another house inside the property and is always available for any questions or recommendations. The house is also perfect for outdoors yoga sessions. Because the house is in a mountain, I would definitely recommend going in a 4x4 and preferably during the dry season. There are several beaches close by. We went to the Marino Ballena National Park which is beautiful during low tide. We also went to another beach called Ventanas which during low tide has some caves that can be explored. Another activity I would highly recommend is the Catarata Nauyaca… beautiful! We had an amazing time and will definitely go back!

Incredible jungle and ocean views! This house is perfect for those seeking a relaxing get away. The house is the perfect combination of being secluded, yet not far from town. While at the house you feel as if you’re the only house within miles, providing you the perfect relaxing jungle get away. At same time, only a short 15 minute drive to get to town for grocery store, restaurants, surfing, etc. Tim is extremely communicative and helpful, as well. Anything you need, Tim is there to assist. Great house…highly recommend.
