This cozy cottage is situated just minutes from downtown Carlisle offering all of the peace and quiet of beautiful surroundings with the convenience of being just minutes from the local attractions. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 3 with 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed. This home has been completely renovated in 2019. It offers you all of the modern conveniences of home, featuring an open floor plan a nicely stocked kitchen with an island and a dining area overlooking the woods. Amenities include a smart TV, wifi, covered porch, large deck, fire pit, and plenty of privacy.
Conveniently located just 2 miles off of the Harrisburg pike, between I-81 and the PA turnpike, whether you are here visiting the Army War College, Dickinson College or the Carlisle Fairgrounds this location is sure to please. Just 10 minutes outside of historic downtown Carlisle there are plenty of local treasures including local breweries, distilleries, and many wonderful restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. This location is only 2 miles away from where the Letort meets the Conodoguinet Creek, a Fly-Fisherman's dream and a few more miles down the road from the Yellow Breeches Creek.
Whether you are the outdoor type or just looking for a getaway this Country Cottage is sure to please.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage in the Woods! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.The space was well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.We also made sure to leave the home stocked with toilet tissue and paper towels for the next guests as a courtesy.Overall, a great experience we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet getaway!

Location was a great get away from the hustle. The outdoor deck was amazing. A couple things worth changing...there was no welcome note (every place that I have stayed in had one), their was only one TV and it was small (32 inch) and was not an updated smart tv (last 5 years) which means we couldnt access apps on the TV unless through our phones. Overall it was quiet, clean, and peaceful. I would recommend this for anyone who loves outdoors and reading.
