About this house rental
Old house located in the heart of the authentic village of Loix, located very close to shops and the village square but also close to the small calm and guarded beach of Grouin.
Ideal for a family with young children. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
The house includes a pleasant living room with a sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with independent toilets, a mezzanine with a bunk bed and a point of water that can accommodate children.
Quiet and comfortable, the house also benefits from a small tree-lined and sunny garden enclosed by walls, a terrace (which can be covered with a blind) and a garage for one car with bicycles available.
Loix is a charming village with a sweet atmosphere where life is good and is a privileged place to discover the salt marshes. It is ideally located in the center of Ile de Ré, allowing quick access to other villages by car or bicycle thanks to the cycle tracks (very close to the house.)
Conditions:
Reservation: for 7 days minimum
Rent: 980 € / week or 1900 € for 2 weeks
Water / electricity package: € 35 / week
Pets not accepted

Deux semaines de bonheur, maison des plus agréable, vélos à disposition, petit marché tous les matins à 400m, propriétaires aux petits soins à notre arrivée. Superbes vacances!

Mit 3 kompletten Schlafzimmern, ein weiteres Stockbett für 2 Kinder in einer Nische, gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, alles kompakt und alles vorhanden. Schöner kleiner, nicht einsehbarer Garten. Vom Haus aus kann man Bäckerei, kleinen Sparladen, Markt und Restaurant zu Fuss erreichen. Kleine Garage, eher für die Fahrräder. Danke an die Gastgeberin Madame Collin mit sehr netter Kommunikation!

Petite maison pleine de charme et chaleureuse bien située dans Loix, à proximité du marché et non loin de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable également. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille après avoir été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison au cœur de loix.
Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes qui laissent tout le nécessaire dans la maison pour les vacanciers.
