Villa Pricitella

Location was beautiful. It's at the end of the road, accessible only via walking up 200 steps but great views, they offered that we could hire a porter to bring up our bags, and they reserved us a parking spot in a garage that was as close as possible to steps to the villa.

Very beautiful property in the middle of lemon groves, also with mandarin tree. Lovely apartment with well-equipped kitchen and a BBQ outside. Yes, there are 240 stairs to the top - my only advice is to pack light: anything more than a wheel-aboard would be difficult to get up there. Without bags, it’s not too tough. At night it is very peaceful. The host is great and gave us lots of good tips. Highly-recommended! I also recommend going out during the day and cooking at home at night - it is so perfect there in the evenings and you can get all the provisions you need in the town.

Good location and environment.

Despite the fact that the property listed as having parking facility what they meant is that they can arrange a parking slot in a private parking. They told Us that it would cost 35€ per night but the parking owner subsequently asked for 40€ per night. Late check in: they informed about late check in fee. If we would check in between 23:00-01:00 we should pay 45€ in addition. Even though we accepted to pay, they were constantly calling us around 00:00 that it was late and they cannot wait. There is one double bed, two singles and a couch bed which is really uncomfortable almost impossible to sleep on.
