Excellent connection to TU Dresden, very good access to tram and city center, nearby cafe for breakfast.
One has to buy himself toileteries like shampoo or toilet paper.

Apartments was super cozy! Ideal for one people. There was everything i needed. Near is station of public transport, tram runs directly to old town. Ideal place for people, who comes to TU university - it's just there ;)

Gute Ausstattung, angenehmes Badezimmer, sehr hell durch viele Fenster.
Das Appartment ist eigentlich viel zu klein für ein Doppelbett - mit einem Einzelbett könnte man es anders und deutlich schöner einrichten.

It is in a very good position to visit TU Dresden. Also well connected with public transportation. The room has essential but good services (kitchenette, fridge, and so on). Very clean and quiet.
Even though I understand they need you to sign the short location contract, the fact that you have to coordinate and physically meet with the host is a bit uncomfortable (not because the lady is not nice, she is quite friendly... but what if you arrive late at night?)
