New property for rent in Cádiz facing the beach! Enjoy a few days or weeks of relaxation and leisure in Cádiz capital, just beside the access to Santa María del Mar Beach, and about 5 minutes to Victoria Beach. It's down the street and be on the Paseo Marítimo, where you can walk in less than 10 minutes to the historic center of Cádiz. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, equipped kitchen (includes washing machine and dishwasher), laundry room, living room and glazed terrace. From the living room and the terrace you have side views of the sea. The living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed. Enjoy the sunsets from the terrace, or a walk by the sea while looking for a good place to dine. Quiet area, with many shops in the nearby environment (supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, bars ...). Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed inside the apartment.

A little difficult getting in but that was easily rectified. Close to beach.

A very close to perfect stay. There's a lot of room and two full baths. It was spotless and the free fruit was appreciated. We were able to walk everywhere, 1 minute to the beach and 10 to the historic center.
Only small issue is that it has no reserved parking spot included which the listing makes sound like it does, but we found street parking nearby after a bit of looking.

Sin duda, lo mejor del piso es su ubicación, con la playa a menos de 1 minuto, el centro a 10 minutos de paseo, y todo lo que necesitas en la misma manzana (supermercado, bares, restaurantes, bazar...). Sin duda, para repetir. Muchas gracias por todo!!
