Private Luxury Alpha Estate & Spa is a unique villa with expansive sea and tree grove garden views, its outdoor area & amenities is what sets it apart. The luxury fully fenced with private driveway villa is 640 sq.m. 2 pools 3 floors, 6 bedrooms of which 1 in-law, 1 exterior suites and 6.5 bathrooms estate. The villa accommodates 12 guests in beds. Additional 3 guests can be accommodated with 3 semi double sofa beds in bedrooms and 1 rollaway bed. The villa is accessible as it has ramps and an elevator in the villa. The outdoor amenities of the villa are: large pool area with fire pit, bar & bbq areas. Additionally, private mini golf with shaded pergola with seating, faux soft lawn playground and fountain. Indoor amenities include indoor heated pool, sauna & gym equipment.

This is a beautiful Villa situated on top of a hill overlooking the sea. Every day we were there we were gifted with stunning sunrises and sunsets. We spent a great deal of our time around the pool, the outside area is very comfortable and functional and all of our meals were eaten on the patio. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and more and the main living room is spacious and comfortable. The beautiful view of the ocean is seen from every part of the Villa. There is a playground and a mini-golf area which our young grandson enjoyed. The owner of the Villa was very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival he was there to greet us and show us around and gifted us with a sumptuous basket of fruits and other goodies. He was very prompt in answering our calls when we didn't know how something worked and never hesitated to come over and show us how to do something. There is housekeeping services most days which adds to the comfort of not having to clean. The Villa is only a few miles away from the Old Town and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. We enjoyed every minute of our 7 day stay and would highly recommend it as a vacation stay.

The villa is located in the hills just south of town, with beautiful seaviews, encompassing both sunrise and sunset.The place is kept immaculately clean by a friendly and ultimately desceet local lady, the pool attendant leaves a supply of fresh eggs at your doorstep every morning. On arrival we found all the basic groceries like tea, coffee,bread and cleaning materials, more than enough to cover the start of your holiday before having to run off to one of the nearby supermarkets straight away. The villa is surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees, giving it a bit of a rural character. The owner is very helpful, he can arrange anything you like, the brochure in the villa contains recommendations for daytrips and restaurants.We had a wonderful stay, despite the poor weather, the indoor pool and the jacuzzi were nice and warm and the children were in there every day. A nice proffesional BBQ corner is present for outside cooking. A cosy playground with midget golf for the kids just next to the pool area.Don't forget to book the pool heating for the colder months (up until the end of May) to make your experience extra complete. Highly recommended for families and larger groups.Value for money.

This is a stunning, spacious villa, equipped with everything needed for a family holiday with different aged children and adults. The property has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, table tennis, childre's play area, gym equipment, crazy golf and more.

The Alpha Villa and Spa was a wonderful holiday location, where we wanted for nothing. The setting, the facilities and the service were all first class. Akis was there to meet us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The complimentary concierge service and daily cleaning made it feel more like a private hotel than just the beautiful villa it was.
