Highest quality design apartment 500 metres from slopes

Apartment is of the highest standard of design and quality. Highly reccomended to anyone. It will suit the most demanding families. The beds have the best quality mattress (silent!) and clean new linen, rooms are decorated in perfect alpine style. Equipment is new, the Ineternet is fast and has good coverage in all rooms for several users at once. The house is sparkling clean thanks to the caring owners. Bathroom equals the most expensive city hotels, with heated floor, drying rack etc. Each room has a large radiator, perfect for placing ski clothing. Overall, there is nothing we could imagine that was not there already, well taken care of.

Really cozy and comfortable apartment , we enjoyed our stay there and the service given by the host was excellent . The place has everything that you might need . Location is superb as we were going to Glungezer ski station everyday .

Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location, nearby Glungezer ski station. Bus stop practically in front of the house, 30 min to Innsbruck. Small supermarket 5 minute walk away. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views, especially sunrise between the mountains.

Inaspettato

Era tutto quello che desideravamo...appartamento pulito, ben arredato, silenzioso, accogliente e caldo. Lontano dal caos della città immerso nel verde. Fermata dell'autobus numero 540 a 100 metri dall'appartamento che in 25 minuti ti porta ad Innsbruck permettendoti di ammirare il paesaggio. L'appartamento ha proprio tutto, come a casa. Manfred il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, attento alle nostre esigenze e premuroso. Sicuramente è stata una piacevolissima esperienza che ci porta a consigliarlo a chiunque. Ti aspettiamo per il caffè :-)

Sehr sauber, schön, modern und preiswert!

Das Appartement war super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich und freundlich. Genügend Ausstattung im Appartement, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön usw. Alles zusammen sehr empfehlenswert mit unschlagbarem Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis.

La casa si trova in una posizione comodissima, in 20 minuti si arriva al centro di Innsbruck, immersa nel verde, giardino curato e la casa è veramente curata in tutto

Le bouquet final de notre excursion à travers l’Autriche !

Pour commencer, l’hôte est très gentil, très réactif. Les petites attentions dans l’appartement étaient de bonnes surprises. Le logement est très lumineux avec de superbes vues sur le Tyrol. Et ce parfum naturel de lavande nous rappelait un peu notre Provence. On s’y est tout de suite senti bien et nous n'avions plus envie de partir ! Et notre petit bout de 5 ans s’est régalé dans la station juste au dessus accessible à pied du logement avec les télécabines. Il y a de nombreuses activités la haut dont un parcours de boules géant. La découverte de ce charmant petit parc de jeux aquatiques au cours d’une balade à clôturé notre séjour à Tulfes. De manière générale, les parcs pour enfants dans le Tyrol sont trop mignons, on a adoré.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage war gut, die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, sympathisch, bei jeder Frage und bei jedem Extrawunsch sehr entgegenkommend, zuverlässig und verbindlich. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet.

Die letzten 4 Tage waren wir im oberen Stockwerk in einem kleineren Appartment, das bezaubernd schön und liebevoll eingerichtet war. Jedoch fehlte es uns an guten Küchenutensilien, (scharfe Messer, Pfanne, bei der nicht alles anpappt, eine weitere Schüssel (z.B. für Salat.) Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Das ist jedoch unser einziger Kritikpunkt.

Skøn lejlighed i dejlig bjerglandsby. Alt var upåklageligt. Der var en fantastisk uge med køerne gående lige i nærheden og skovkanten med vandlegeplads 100 meter oppe ad bjerget. Vandreturen Zirbenweg anbefales.

Tolles Apartment in sehr schöner Lage

Das Apartment ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel! Der private Garten davor ist toll - außerdem gibt es eine Schaukel, einen indoor und Outdoor Tischtennistisch und einen Tischfußballtisch (das war einfach perfekt mit Teenagern und Kleinkind). Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben auch gute Tipps für Unternehmungen von unserem Gastgeber bekommen!

Un angolo di tranquillità

Monolocale funzionale: bello e pulito. Ci sono a disposizioni lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane...poi alcuni libri e giochi di società. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Non proprio comodo ad Innsbruck centro ma l'ideale per godersi la montagna con passeggiate, biciclettate e scorci meravigliosi.
