Pricing reflects full house bookings of up to seven suites (16 guests) on Service Tier 1, and includes the 15% facility fee applicable to all bookings. There are seven elegant suites all with private bathrooms, a full-service spa, Epicurean Theater style kitchen, dining table seating 16, sprawling pool terrace with hot tub, BBQ patio, table tennis/billiards, life-sized chess, breathtaking Caribbean views and all the amenities one would expect at an exquisite private residence. An organic 'seed to plate' garden is located right at the villa for fresh produce and herbs for chef-prepared meals. Dedicated concierge and optional daily maid service, private butler and chef service are available on Service Tier 3 or on an a la carte basis.

Eco Serendib Villa and Spa is an eco-friendly, luxury retreat that is setting new standards for eco-luxury on St. John, showcasing how luxury and ecologically sensitive products/systems can co-exist in harmony.

An “epicurean theater” has been designed using Sub-Zero/Wolf’s “Living Kitchen” products and appliances. The epicurean theater concept was created with interactive, theater-style dining in mind. Guests may sit around the granite countertop and enjoy live, educational demonstrations by professional chefs, or simply sit back and watch as food is prepared. Induction cook-tops, steamers, a wine cooler, and warming drawers round out this professional grade kitchen.

During your stay at Eco Serendib, we can provide a professional chef to prepare your meals or you can do the cooking yourself. Dishes, glassware, flatware, cutlery, bake ware, serving pieces, cookware are all provided for your use. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, frozen drink maker, etc. top things off.
