Main room with 150 cm bed. wide, with full private bathroom. Another room with a trundle bed. Ceiling fans in the rooms. Complete bathroom. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need, connected with terrace and living room. It includes dishwasher and washing machine. Covered parking space next to the building. Common areas with pool, natural grass area, ping-pong table. Direct access to the promenade and beach.

As advertised, the location of this property is ideal - right on the beach with remarkable views of the Mediterranean and Penon d'Ifach and close to multiple restaurants and a nice supermarket. A reserved covered parking space definitely came in handy. Ricardo was very helpful and in constant communication. We went to multiple towns on the Costa Blanca and Calpe was by far our favorite. I highly recommend.
