Apartment with Sea View Equipped with WIFI and 700m from the Beach

We were very impressed with the property and the balcony thats was huge , very well sound proofed, that was also a bonus as we could relax and get a good nights sleep, onto the beds they were really comfortable. The property had everything for our needs. I would advise that you have a car . The only slight downside was the pool areas. I wasnt allowed to drink a beer responsibly or eat a packet of crisp, but people were allowed to sunbathe topless and a dog had made a mess in the grass but that wasnt cleaned up. Just found that a little strange but maybe thats just me. Overall I was perfectly happy with the apartment. There wasnt any foreign tv chanels just spainsh tv , however after contacting vrbo we found how to covert dubbed tv back into English, those instructions could have been in the welcome pack.

En términos generales estuvo muy bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problema en la casa y lo solucionaron rápidamente . Recomiendo encarecidamente coche . Para ir a la playa son 10 min , un poco más para subir por que está en cuesta , realmente no es mucho problema . Pero para hacer la compra en supermercado , ir al centro del ocio etc , es mejor que no dependas del transporte público de Mojacar, los autobuses pasan cada hora / hora y algo con tráfico. El trato con la propietaria estupendo , Deborah es muy agradable . El piso genial , baño genial , buen salón , genial terraza era un 4* piso y los dos toldos te ofrecen mucha intimidad. Nos faltó una sartén un poco mejor y más grande. Los dos últimos días se estropeó el ascensor de la comunidad . Buenas medidas anti COVID , espacio en la piscina etc. Ideal para descansar y parejas. Por lo que pagamos por el apartamento 575 por 7 días me parece un buen precio .
