The breakfast was nice and the staff were very attentive and kind. We only stayed one night and checked in really late. One room had a fan and two had air con. Diani is very hot and humid so the ac was a must. The property is very beautiful and the host was quick to answer questions. It is a little ways away from the beach and shops or restaurants but is accessible by car and tuk tuk.
Having an ac unit in every room would be a plus.

The staff were phenomenal and extremely attentive! The property itself was also very beautiful and relaxing but it does need some renovation. Staff cleaned the villa every day and changed the sheets and towels. There was not a single day where staff did. It come and check with us on our stay. For this reason alone our stay was pleasant.
The kitchen did not have any basic needs to cook your own meals which lead to much higher costs for food than anticipated. If you advertise a kitchen in the photos it should function as a kitchen. There was a stove but not even a single pot to boils water for tea or coffee.
