Spacious accommodation with everything you need for a long stay.
Washing machine, iron and board a real home from home set up.
Some of the furnishings and fittings are showing a bit of wear but everything is in good working order.

I like how apartment was spacious, has two bathrooms, and is close to the city center. Not far away from beach, also few kids playgrounds are arrround.
Apartment will require some maintenance/reconstruction, as furniture are starting to be quite old and worn. Patio is located inside of block, other neighborhoods are flicking ash to patio (directly in the middle of doors) from their balcony.
