Cabañas LA EMILIA Uspallata Mdz

We topped off our vacation in Uruguay and Argentina with a stay at Cabana La Emilia in Uspallata, a gateway town to visiting Aconcagua Provincial Park. Our host, Atilio, was excellent in his communication. I had a lot of questions about certain trails, the permit system, and hiking in the Andes and Atilio answered them quickly and completely well before our arrival. As of this writing, he preferred cash as did several of the establishments in Argentina that we stayed at. His rate was based on US dollars, and that quoted price is the price I paid. Had I paid in Argentine pesos, the rate may have changed as the exchange rate changed. His cabin is beautiful and comfortable and is located on a tree-shaded lot about 2 or 3 km. outside of Uspallata. The last 600 meters is on a dirt road, but it is flat and maintained. The property is secure and there is secured parking on-site. The living room/dining room/kitchen space is huge! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so it would be a very good place for two couples or two small families. Uspallata also had plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The security gate to the property was difficult to lock at times.

La cabaña es amplia -eramos 3 personas- y sobraba lugar. La cocina integrada suma mucho, todo es nuevo. Está muy limpio todo, los baños son impecables, parecen recién hechos. Muy amplio parque -sin césped, es todo tierra- podes dejar el vehículo en el parque que se accede por una tranquera corrediza, es mas tiene un lugar para dejarlo bajo techo.

La cabaña está a 3 km del centrito, tenés que tener medio de movilidad o caminar.

La chica que te espera con las llaves tiene una buena onda y amabilidad sorprendente. El sr que nos escribía por WhatsApp contándonos del clima y demás fue muy amable y bueno. La casa es realmente para recomendar y espectacular, lo único para decir, es mucha cámara que no coincide con la intimidad del lugar, los colchones podrían ser cambiados. Todo espectacular

La amplitud de los ambientes, la calidez que da la madera, moderna y muy bien equipada. Muy buena atencion de Atilio, el propietario. Pasamos unos dias muy lindos!!!. Muy recomendable.
