We have spent one night in Blue Horizon. The hotel is placed on a coast on the side of Vlorë. The staff in the hotel was kind and thoughtful. There is a bar at the ground level of the hotel with an amazing view to the sea. Hotel rooms have the possibility of getting the view too. Our room was cozy and comfortable, ac was working well and we had a good rest. Not too far from the hotel are beaches and restaurants.
The only point I’d pay more attention to is cleanliness. The room generally was clean, but we had some hair on the balcony. We totally understand that this could’ve been brought by wind, but would advise to do the last check before guests come in.
Also during season the street that leads to the hotel can get stuck in traffic from beach goers. Choose wisely the times you go in or out of the hotel

I made reservation of 484 Sq ft Deluxe Triple Room with Sea View but this hotel gave me small room without sea view saying no bigger room for me. Also, the facilities was old and the shower booth was too small to move body for shower
