Location next to the beach is nice, it's not to crowded and water is colder because of the fresh water streams from the hills.
There were not advertised things such as mosquito nets on the windows and hypoallergenic bedding, the shade on the terrace was not working. I would have fixed it, but I couldn't find a thin rope in the store. The kitchen equipment is poor, at least a larger quality pan should be in it, in general the maintenance of the apartment is unfortunately not at a high level. It's a shame, it has potential, but if you bring the essentials with you, it can be quite well.
