About this house rental
Welcome to Manly Seaside Cottage, positioned perfectly to take in all that Manly has to offer. Choose to watch the time pass on the beach or to walk to Shelly Beach or Queenscliff Beach, to eat at the many restaurants and cafe or to catch the ferry to see the greater Sydney, you are spoilt for options on how to fill your days and nights.
Start the day with a short 1 minute stroll to the beach-side from this stunning renovated Victorian cottage. Boasting four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining, it is perfect for your stay in Manly. Open the bi-fold doors and cook up a storm for a leisurely alfresco dinner in the evening light, then relax with a soak in the high-end marble bathroom.
Manly Seaside cottage has two sitting areas, air-conditioning, a fireplace, and a lovely outdoor dining area. Walk to all the cafes and restaurants in minutes and a short 5 minute walk to the ferry to head into the city. Due to the stairs in the property, we are unable to host children under the age of 5.
The entire home is available for your exclusive use.
Manly is a busy tourist location so please be aware all day street parking is available but at peak times is at a premium, However if you do not have a car there are many other available means of transport if arriving from the airport include taxi, Uber or direct train to Circular Quay and then ferry to Manly, all of these options are quicker than driving and a wonderful way to start your holiday. A 5 mins flat easy walk from the ferry will see you at the cottage and another 100m will see you sitting on the beach. All in less than 1hr.
Please note that for security purposes, the property has an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance and bin area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.
Kindly note that there are currently renovation works taking place at the neighbouring property next door. While we hope this will not impact your stay, there may occasionally be some construction noise during this time.

We absolutely loved this house for our stay in Manly. The house is beautifully designed and has a great layout. Everything in the house is great quality & there are some lovely pieces of art. There is also a surfboard and an outside shower which is lovely touch. The location of the house is perfect for beaches, the wharf, and shops and cafes, all within a very short walk. The only issue was our check in, we were there after the agreed check in time - but the alarms went off and it took some time to get in touch with the office to sort it out, they put it down to a cleaner who had incorrectly left the house alarmed. We didn’t use the garden area as there is a major refurb happening on the house next to the neighbouring house, which meant loud machinery noise every day including weekends, however we just made the most of the short walk to the beach and enjoyed our coffees there. Overall - we would dearly love to return to this beautiful house.

Perfect location - minutes walk to manly beach, 10 minutes walk to manly wharf where you can catch a ferry into downtown city and be there in 30 minutes- with spectacular views on the way! We were two families with two kids each and the setup was perfect for us- we had one family upstairs and one downstairs. The whole house has perfect little touches throughout- hooks for hanging all your beach items, beach towels, chairs, games, etc. We loved the outdoor seating in the backyard as well. It was perfect.
