The master bedroom offers a King bed, nice en-suite bathroom, and direct access out to the screened lanai. The guest room features 2 Twin beds with a separate bathroom, a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable living & dining room area. This condo comes equipped with a washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen for your added convenience. So pack your bags and get ready for the vacation of your dreams!
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 3 Smart TVs (Cable & streaming), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated community pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Pictures didn't do it justice for distance from pool, and especially beach. With that long of walk to beach, would have thought a beach cart should be included. Talkerd to some other people on beach that said theri unit did include one.

Quiet time of the year to visit so the pool crowd at the pool was small which was great for us. It would be nice to have a couple taller beach chairs to help accommodate people who have difficulty with low beach chairs. The condo was just as listed and accommodated the four of us comfortably.
