Nice and cozy

Room was so cute and cozy. Good location and almost got i all need for my stay. Kitchen facilities was enough but could be better if it has a coffee machine. Irina was so nice and helpfull. I’m so glad that i choose to stay her property.

Just a small thing not a game changer but there are snack store next to the room. And sometimes it could be noisy and smelly. Except that everything was great.

Exceptional

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be returning again. We had the ground floor unit which was a studio that was perfect for my partner and I. Our room had a direct view of the sunset over the sea every night, what more can you ask for?! The owner renovated the space to be very clean, stylish, and boho. And her parents live close by to help with any needs you have during your stay! They were so lovely and welcoming to us and made our experience even more memorable. The owner also was available for any questions or whenever we needed suggestions for what to do on the island. And the place is on a strip of multiple beach restaurants and cafes which is convenient when you want a quick bite! Definitely would recommend people stay here.

Nice room and view, but the gyros restaurant exactly near the room is not ideal

The room is modern, the location is nice , the sea is in front of the room. Large patio .The communication with the owner was ok. 200 meters away is a large beach , we used the area from Napoleon tavern, very nice beach. You have to consume for 20 euros in order to have 2 sun beds and umbrella, but the food was great at the tavern so was not a problem to spend all day there. Coming back to Casa del Mar...we had a studio, is not very large inside, but is enough for 2 persons, air conditioning is working properly.

The problem with this studio from groundfloor is that is exactly wall in wall with a restaurant, patio from the studio is exactly near the entrance of the restaurant where they are serving gyros. So you do not have intimacy on the patio, in the evening you are looking to the people that are eating, the music is there until mid night and the smell from gyros is quite heavy. After midnight is very quite, but was not exactly our wish to sleep only after mid night. Also lack of a wardrobe and a hair dryer need to be mentioned. Unfortunately the neighbour restaurant was not mentioned in the descripțion or in the reviews.

Great stay in Thassos, big apartment and very close to beaches

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we've need. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see some amazing sunsets. It is great that there are two ACs and shutters at every window. It is very near to two/three beaches.

Amazing stay!

Tha location is amazing, the host was great - very friendly and helpful. The apartment is vey nicely decorated and the view is wonderful - you have all of the amenities near to you. (Basically you go out and you are already on the beach!) The beach is also not crowded and the water was to die for - very smooth water entrance and crystal clear. It was truly a relaxing vacation and we will for sure return for another stay!

Everything : the location exactly in front of the sea, the communication with the host was excelent , the amenaties in the apartment are at high level and very stylish , everything was above our expectation and above how looks in the photos ! So , perfect !

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα , καλόγουστο και πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση μπροστά στην θάλασσα σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία .

Οι καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι δεν είναι οι καλύτερες για ένα τόσο ωραίο και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι που κάθεσαι να απολαύσεις στην θέα και τον καφέ σου και ο καναπές/κρεβατι στο σαλόνι επίσης δεν είναι ο πιο ιδανικός και άνετος που να ταιριάζει στο διαμέρισμα . Το perfect touch θα ήταν η αναβάθμιση των δύο αυτών μειονεκτημάτων κατά τα άλλα είναι πραγματικά τέλειο !

Locația se află aproape de un mic port , dimineață se simte un miros groaznic de combustibil de la bărcile din apropiere , baia miroase groaznic de la canalizare , dușul nu funcționează , apa caldă nu este tot timpul , aerul conditionat este foarte zgomotos , internetul nu funcționează !
