It was clean and comfortable. This is my 2nd time staying here. All good.

Nothing to dislike

Very near to Aeon, big room with big comfortable bed, strong wifi, quiet surrounding, on-site parking. Downstairs is a cafe, I think is quite popular because it is full easily.

The toilet cleanliness is ok, water pressure is low.

The room was clean and comfortable and the bed too. I think the AEON Bukit Mertajam less than kilometre away. Got vegetarian cafe downstairs of your room.

I would like to give 10 if everything is fullfil as per booking. Sometimes bad day might happen, not so sure why the other guests took my room key & stay in before I'm coming. I think the owner should put the room key in each key-safety box for each room, then the other guest will not 'mistaken' for their room. I'm really not happy for sharing bathroom for the room side by side.

Rooms are clean as per shown on the pictures. White and clean. Good Hair dryer provided. Parking available.

Stated towels, bottles of water provided but none of the said provided or prepared in the room for us. We have to look for towels (clean but looked old and stained and not sure if it's cleaned) in the drawer at corridor which has rubbish bin next to the drawer. There is a water dispenser at the corridor but water container was empty throughout our 2 nights stay here. Requested with the property but no reply so we just gave up. Though bed looked clean but for some unknown reason, i just got inchy skin for the nights stay. Porch area had no lights on throughout the night, so if you came back late then you have to use your mobile phone to guide you a little. Ground floor living has converted into a cafe and such blocked you from utilising the space and no light is on for you, only light is from the staircase light for you to walk up stairs to your room. Imagine from car porch to the entrance pass-by foyer /living without lights. The whole experience gave me an impression if this was because I purchased using promotional price?
