Absoluter Luxus!
Die Unterkunft bietet in allen Punkten das höchste Maß an Komfort. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Bezgl. Ausstattung gibt es nichts, was es nicht gibt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. (inkl. Cava zur Begrüßung :-) )
Schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Kunst und Literatur/Bildbänden über Barcelona.
Die Lage ist top. In der Nähe vereinzelt kleine, sehr leckere Restaurants, aber eben keine Touri-Gegend. Sehr angenehm.
Mini-Märkte und Supermärkte, Bäcker, Frühstück-Cafès für den täglichen Bedarf.
Ebenfalls ist die Nähe zur Metro (Placa Sants) hervorragend. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Von dort ist man im Nu an jedem Ort der Stadt, den man erkunden will.
Sam, der Vermieter, hat jederzeit auf Fragen geantwortet und war extrem hilfreich.
So hat er uns zum Monatsticket der Metro geraten (t-usual), welches 22 Euro kostete. Fast günstiger als ein 3-Tages-Ticket. Das war eine super Idee. Damit kann man nämlich sogar auch zum/vom Flughafen fahren und hat nochmal Geld gespart! (Achtung: Flughafen allerdings NUR mit dem Zug, R2 Nord und NUR der "NORD" fährt bis zum Flughafen! Der Zug fährt ebenfalls nicht weit vom Placa Sants, vom/zum Bahnhof "Barcelona Sants".)

What an incredible apartment close to the placa Espana. Check in was super smooth, host was very kind and explained everything to me, how to use amenities in apartments and gave me recommendations for nice restaurants. Apartment was super spacious, luxury and the hidden garden inside was just amazing. Very stylish, cozy and beautiful. Kitchen very well equipped, shops were so close but the neighborhood was very calm and nice. Highly recommended!!

Really nicely done up modern apartment in a great location near the metro and lots of lovely local shops and restaurants. Slav the host was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect base for our holiday - a bright, relaxing space.
Nothing, it was a perfect spot and great value.
