FRANCISCO at the front desk, Alberto, the bartender and the gal that works with him were amazing.
The young girl who waited on us and served us breakfast was not very friendly, did not smile and did not try to engage with us, even though we tried very hard to communicate in Spanish to her. The breakfast was definitely not great. It was barely warm. the beans were skinned over and the rest of the breakfast was just not hot, but rather lukewarm probably won't eat breakfast there again.

The location is excellent. The resort and rooms are beautifully decorated. It was a very relaxing stay. The ocean-view balcony was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were great; I would definitely try them next time.
The bed was too high and too soft. There was no elevator to the 5th floor. There were no restaurants in the resort.

Great staff, beautiful location, condo needs updating and a deep cleaning. The place smelled very bad and although I left all doors and windows open the condo smelled bad the entire stay.
Condo needs a deep cleaning and disinfecting. It smelled bad with an odor that would not go away…smelled like damp dirty mop.
