the distance from where we had to be was convinient

If this is 4 stars I am the queen of the universe... Communication sucks. Email mentioned in the booking mail does not exsist! Phone number ends up in Germany. No clear instrictions on the key. There is a key box right beside the door but that's not the one you need. Like anyone thinks to go search on the side wall without instruction to do so. Dangerous hole in the entrance. Collegue hurt his ankle stepping in it. No light on the outside, so we could not have seen it either. Lights with 3 lamps, only 1 working. Kitchen counter broken, with sharp edge. Dirt on the floor. A lot of stains on the carpet. Mold in the bathroom downstairs. Upstair the bathroom floods if you don't watch out. No ventilation. Paint and handle covers missing on doors. Lamp with broken plug. NOT HAPPY! More a student house then a 4 star accomodation.

Het aanzicht van het park is prima

Het huis is aan een stevige opknapbeurt toe. Eigenlijk was alleen de wasmachine goed. Lampen stuk, enorm vieze bedden en beddengoed (deels zelf meegenomen en de rest eerst gewassen), keuken had een redelijke inventaris maar is aan vervanging toe, planken van de vlonder stuk, veel dingen niet werkend.
