5 Bedroom/4 Bath Saltwater Pool Home! Kayaks and Fishing off the dock! Add Boat!

Fantastic place to stay!! We’re from Iowa our kids and grandkids loved the pool, kayaking, taking boat rides and playing pool. Would definitely rent again!

Look no further, this is the place to stay! Everything about this home and location was excellent! Very clean home, very safe area, extremely comfortable beds. We used the space to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday and it easily accommodated 7 of us! I loved there were 4 bathrooms for us to use. It truly has all the amenities needed. Also, bikes, kayaks, and all kinds of extras! And then the pool and hot tub! Loved it all! The owners were extremely helpful, communication was prompt and they were very accommodating. You will not regret staying here!

We had a very enjoyable stay. We had 6 adults and 2 grandchildren (6 months and 2-1/2). The home was very comfortable and well stocked for children. The trundle bed was perfect for the 2-1/2 year old. No worries of her falling out of bed and a door connected to her parents room. We loved the pool and the pontoon boat. It has easy access to the river. New kayaks and bikes as well as toys enhanced our stay. Looking forward to our next stay.

As most, we were in Florida for Disney and extended our stay for one week and were thrilled when we came across this listing. The house was very well stocked with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, fishing gear, towels, pool tools, life vests, and plenty to do around the house. House had WiFi and TVs including a small one on the back patio. What put the house over the top was the free use of the boat. The house is right on the canal extremely close to the entrance to the bay. Stephanie was great to deal with and was very timely and flexible in communication before and after the reservation. Joe was extremely friendly and provided a tutorial and guide on the boat when we arrived. If we stay in the area again I would definitely book again or check with Stephanie and Joe for one of their other properties. If I had some feedback for Joe and Stephanie is that some of the rooms needed light bulbs replaced, but even that didn't dim the fun we had during our stay!
