About this house rental

This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square!

The house has two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, a full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen with all the kitchen ware that you need to cook a full meal! A washer, dryer, and laundry supplies are included. The back deck is a great place to sit and relax while using the grill!

My family was coming in town to visit for the holidays and needed somewhere to stay. I wanted to make sure the property was up to my standards for them to stay in. I was pleasantly surprised that the host allowed me to visit the property before making the final payment. This place is nice, clean, and the best deal in town! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Asheville and looking for an affordable place to stay.

We had a wonderful week at Renee & David’s townhouse. This is the cleanest, most well-appointed rental that I have encountered. We truly needed for nothing at this extremely comfortable house. The location was perfect for sightseeing in and around Asheville. When I had a question, Renee responded immediately. When we return to Asheville, this will definitely be our choice for accommodations!

My best friend and I wanted to meet up in Asheville together for the first time. This was the perfct place for us. Within 20 mins of literally everything we wanted to do like downtown, kayaking, hiking and getting a few groceries. Very clean, very comfortable, stocked with utensils. Communication was on point. Renter let us know the check in information right before we got there and wished us safe travels on our way out. Would recommend this to anyone who just needs an easy place to stay at :)

Our host Renee was the best, upon arrival she communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our lodging accommodations were amazing for our family and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our baby/family moon vacation, as we celebrated our last family vacation together before our new baby arrives in August. The townhouse was beautiful, quaint, quiet, spacious, very clean, warm, and made us feel right at home away from home. We will definitely be back in the near future if time allows. This place was very comfortable and Renee was super accommodating. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the backyard was a nice chill spot. It was close to everything we needed. Grocery stores and places to eat were all just a short drive away. National parks are about 30 minutes away which was super convenient and skiing was about an hour drive to Cataloochee. The only thing we didn't expect were the beds being as hard as they were, but they still provided a comfortable sleep. Definitely would stay here again!

Within driving distance to groceries, restaurants. Train rarely runs behind property, think we saw it 3x in 3 days but is very quiet. not during the night and no horns. Asheville downtown about 15 miles. Very clean. Host responsive and flexible, was able to check in very early without a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was lovely. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could need - it was so nice being able make food for ourselves and to do laundry before we went home. Check-in/out was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was located next to some really nice places to each. Plus, it was close to Biltmore village and only a short drive to Pigsah. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

Perfect getaway

Had a wedding in Asheville over the weekend, and I looked at places in the area. Not only is the location great (~15-20 min from downtown Asheville), but the actual property was so cozy and clean! There are a lot of little gems nearby (less than 5 min away) like a comin book store, pie shop, BBQ, and more! If we're ever back in Asheville, I know exactly where I'm booking.
