We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa! Our family of four, including our daughter and son, had a fantastic time, and the swimming pool was a particular highlight for my son and me. The resort is in a great location, and the staffs made us feel welcome throughout our visit.
A special thank-you to Vinod at Food Exchange for his attentive and thoughtful service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the resort to families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
There were many mosquitoes in the restaurant, but after we informed the staff, they treated the area to get rid of them.

The swimming pool and the breakfast spots were quite good. Room was ok too.
Staff, not returning change, over charging you and the lack of respect for women in this place.
