Welcoming owner, great rural location and an attractive property with plenty of space.

Perfect hosts, lovely location, great stay.

We were running late due to a delayed flight, but the hosts still met us to run through everything the property had to offer even at the late hour. Also my bag didn't make our connecting flight (thanks KLM!) and after waiting in for the promised delivery the next morning it didn't arrive and we had to get going to the F1 Friday practise. We spoke to the hosts who kept a lookout for the delivery and signed for it and left it inside the property when it finally arrived at 7pm! The hosts went above and beyond during our stay so couldn't fault them. The property itself is stunning with all the mod cons and everything you could need for your stay.

The stairs to the upper floors are quite steep and narrow so not the best if you lack mobility, but were fine for us. The doorways were a little low so watch your head when entering, lest you end up with a bruise like me!

Malgré un beau séjour, le calcul des frais s'avère une arnaque!

Le gîte a répondu à nos attentes, confort, place, etc...

Le problème est venu après le séjour lors du calcul des frais (chauffage, électricité, eau, etc...). En effet, il est prévu de verser une caution de 500 euros desquels seront déduits ces fameux frais. Pour huit personnes, sachant que nous avons apporté notre bois pour le poêle à bois, nous avons payé 150 euros pour maximum 48 heures (et encore) ! Donc en comptant large au prix de 80 cent le litre de mazout, 20 cent le kW/h et 3 euros le m³ d'eau, nous aurions consommé au moins 60 litres de mazout, 250 kW/h et 15 m³ d'eau sur 2 jours à 8 personnes! Précisons que le nettoyage était déjà compris dans le prix. Malgré une demande faite pour avoir le décompte et calcul exact, restée sans réponse, le retour de caution (15 jours plus tard!) s'élevait à 350euros! Il y a un gros problème à tel point que nous ne louerons plus chez cette personne!

De vermelde jacuzzi kan niet gebruikt worden want staat vol schimmel en is heel gevaarlijk, deze staat in een muf vochtig deel naast de woning waar ook de niet werkende darts staat. Niet bij boeking, niet bij aankomst werd dit vermeld en de eigenaar wuift elk probleem weg. Hout voor de kachel is er niet maar overal zijn kachels dus deze kunnen ook niet gebruikt worden. De BBQ was nog vuil van vorige mensen en dan krijg je de uitleg dat wie hem gebruikt hem moet poetsen, dus als ze dat niet doen blijft hij gewoon vuil staan. In het huisje, van de dampkap druipt het vet gewoon af, vochtplekken in de televisiehoek, koelkast stinkt bij aankomst. Na dit te melden aan de dame die de deur opent erkent zij dat er problemen zijn maar de eigenaar die snel rijk wil worden wuift alles weg. Dan nog de waarborg van 500 euro die daar cash in de hand moet gegeven worden en hun meteen de macht geeft om extreem hoge kosten voor water, elektriciteit en mazout te rekenen. Jammer want het huisje heeft charme maar dergelijke verhuurders geven Booking een slechte naam.

Für Kurzurlaub perfekt, NK überzogen!

Sehr landestypische Unterkunft . Urig und sehr ruhig gelegen. Esszimmer gemütlich und geeignet für große Gruppe. Grill im Garten .

Im 1.OG fehlt definitiv eine weitere Toilette. Badezimmer mit Wanne im 1.OG sehr minimalistisch und d flechtet Wassergfluss. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas lieblos und ungemütlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, leider jedoch war vieles im Schrank schmutzig und musste erst mal gespült werden. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom/ Öl und Wasser sind völlig überzogen! Das Jacuzzi wo wir uns drauf gefreut hatten, war nicht nutzbar da völlig verschimmelt und der Raum wo es installiert war sehr feucht und müffelig.

logement sale, non chauffé à l'arrivée (pour un séjour fin décembre, avec des températures extérieures fortement négatives). Par ailleurs, la consommation de chauffage étant en surplus du prix du logement, cela a très fort impacté notre budget. La maison n'ayant pas été chauffée plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, il a été difficile de la faire monter en température. Nous avons bien mis 2 journées complètes de chauffe intensive pour obtenir une température correcte pour nos jeunes enfants. Le jacuzzi décrit dans le descriptif était inutilisable car non chauffé et sale. caution de 500€ à remettre nécessairement en cash à l'arrivée... (non renseigné initialement dans l'annonce) conso de chauffage déduite de la caution (prix clairement abusifs en plus de la consommation que nous avons été obligé de pousser pour mettre la maison à température correcte (13°C-->19/20°C). Le remboursement de la différence nous a finalement été remboursé après 2 mois et plusieurs rappel!!!
