š Important Details About the Tiny Home
ā Pest Control
We conduct regular pest control services. Still, due to our semi-rural setting, you might see the occasional insect (alive or not). Itās rare, but possibleāand part of tiny living close to nature.
š”ļø Air Conditioning
To conserve energy, the wall-mounted A/C is turned off prior to arrival. It may feel warm initially but cools quickly once powered on.
š½ Toilet Information
Our homes use RV-style toiletsātotally functional, but slightly different than home plumbing. In high humidity or with heavy use, mild odors may occur. Weāve added systems to help reduce this, but itās still part of the charm of compact living.
