The location is great- close to everything in Blue Mountain, super close to the beach.
I missed having access to a pool, but that was an oversight on my part when booking. I also missed having access to a washer and dryer. Again, my fault for not noticing when booking. The rest of our group had a house around the corner with a pool and washer/dryer so it all worked out!

Positives - great location! The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.Negatives - not flexible at all on rescheduling so we ended up paying for a night we didn’t use. It was not their fault but the way it was handled did not sit well with me. There are no beach toys, no cart or wagon, and the bikes had flat tires. We ended up renting our own bikes.Overall, we would chose another place to stay as there are a lot of great options in the area.
