About this house rental

Tranquility on the lake! An expansive lawn leads right to the waters edge, with a dock perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, or enjoying a favorite beverage as you watch the world go by. Our large one story lodge style home features at it's center a great room with a fireplace and large TV. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is open to the great room and dining area with counter top stools for eating or conversation. Each of the four bedrooms offer super comfortable beds, two with kings, one with a king bed and twin trundle beds, and one with two twins. All bedrooms have TV's. Two of the three bathrooms have shower, vanity, and toilet, and the third a bathtub with shower and separate vanity. Read and relax on the quiet sun porch.The lakeside deck is lovely for patio dining and the lower deck features a sizable Hot Tub for your enjoyment.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, carport,washer and dryer, mud room, fire pit,charcoal grill (we provide the charcoal), highchair, ironing board, dock for fishing and boat slip. The location is just 15 minutes from the center of downtown and 5 minutes from grocery shopping. So close and yet far enough away for a true lake experience. There was enough living space for eating and lounging. the furniture was comfortable as well as the out door area. Just can't say enough good thing about the property.

My elderly parents and grown siblings all met up at this house for the weekend, and it was perfect! My mom needed a flat house without steps, and this had a beautiful air conditioned sunroom for her to watch from inside when any of us were outside. The dock was great, beds were comfy, bedrooms were so nice, and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with more than we thought there would be like spices and coffee bar. There was tons of seating for all of us to gather around the living room with bar stools and other chairs. We had such a memorable time!

The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Had a problem with one of the amenities listed, but in the end, all was made right by owner.Twin beds in one of the bedrooms, not comfortable for an old person to sleep on, but children will be comfortable. TV in that room needs updating.Everything is furnished in the home, no need to go out and buy extra's.All in all, I would rate it a 6.

My family came in for a visit and we loved the home and location! THe home had everything we needed to cook meals including air fryer and crockpot. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the boats go by and loved the ease of the boat dock to tie our boats up and kids to jump off and play. Everyone said they slept good in good beds and had a good a/c when it was to hot outside, but even with it so hot there was a good breeze blowing and nice shade trees. If we had any complaints - I think it would be that the grill was on its last leg with rusted out areas in the bottom, but that is the only negative I can think of! Everyone in the group gave it a 10/10!!

Tv's did not work properly - Host unable to completely resolve issue. May have been due to a recent storm. Sunroom has a chair with a cracked seat. Overall a similar experience to a previous stay several years ago which was also very good.

The house was in a great location and backing to Lake Hamilton was a plus. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Beautiful house, was great for our family with the rooms just off of the family room and kitchen. We really enjoyed walking right out to the dock to swim and could even watch the lake from the air conditioned screened porch. Absolutely, loved the house and the location. Could not have had anymore fun. Many thanks to Molly and Connie for being so gracious with accomodating us with our crazy arrival schedule. We had a wonderful memorable family vacation.

I can not say enough about Connie and Molly meeting our every need. Were there hiccups, a couple. Did it change our opinion of the home or our trip in any way, no. The home is a little older but has been maintained beautifully. All the beds were so comfy you didn’t want to get up. Besides the great view from porch, this home had everything you needed. I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO locations and this was the best stocked home with all new appliances, air fryer, blender. Every bathroom had hair dryers and fully stocked. We were greeted by Molly with a bag of body wash, shampoos, conditioner and even a cake!! We are already planning our next girls getaway and will be coming back. Thank y’all for making our trip so memorable.

Th house was perfect for the 7of us…. 3 adults, 4 kids. The 4 kids stayed in the two adjoining rooms, which had the king and two smaller beds. Plenty of room. House was clean and spacious. The porch is where we adults hung out at night. The furniture was nice, but the chairs were a little awkward the way they tilted and moved. View was beautiful. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was good- used the pots and pans and crockpot. One thing that would be good to have on hand is Saran Wrap or tin foil to cover leftovers. House didn’t have that. We had trouble getting the buttons to work on the microwave… so we used the +30 sec. button. Not sure what was going on there with that. No trouble though. The house was perfectly located for us. It was a short drive to Hot Springs, but we didn’t mind. The road by the house is quiet - safe enough to run on it… lots of good hills! The cleaners shows up about 35 minutes early… pulled right up under the house. We found that annoying since we could have used that spot to pack . Also, made us feel rushed. Not a big deal- just not ideal. Overall, it was a great trip and we loved, loved, loved the house!! Molly was fantastic and great to work with!

The property was very clean and well equipped. The only complaint came from the 6'+ portion of our group. The ceilings, commodes and shower heads were a little low for them. After a couple of heads were skimmed all of the ceiling fans were turned off to avoid any injuries 🤣

Stayed at this house for a girls weekend getaway. There were 6 of us. We had plenty of sleeping room and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. The check in process was a breeze. Mrs. Connie was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She also gave a long list of things to do, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a huge hit. And we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck outside enjoying the lake view. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was very nice with large bedrooms. It had a nice sized deck with a hot tub. You could go swimming in the river as the water wasn't to deep by the docks. The only thing missing was a fire pit. If I ever went back to Hot Springs I would definitely stay there. The owner/managers were all super nice and very helpful. They replied quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for a great vacation.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. the king beds and bathrooms for each room make the house work well for everyone. We hiked near by at the Mountain Tower trails and spent a day at Lake Ouachita State Park! The water is beautiful there! Nice, clean property! Easy to communicate with property manager and ask questions- it was our 1st time on Lake Hamilton. Quieter and shallower stretch of the lake. Hot tub definitely a bonus-drained and cleaned between guest so no worries there! Spent a lot of time on the back deck under the shade of trees. Pretty good area for paddle boarding too (bring your own board). As with many lakes, houses are close together but this area is nice because the property is level and the lake is right off the backyard.

We had a fun week with out kids and grandkids at the “Lodge” . The house was very clean with lots of room to enjoy each other inside and out. We brought our boat so having a dock to tie up to during the day as well as at night added extra convenience in the stay, my only wish was to be able to pull it into to covered boat dock . There were lots of places to go out and have meals by boat or by car so that was great. We went to the children’s museum played miniature golf one day on our stay to break up our water sports and the kids loved that as well. Great place to stay with all the comforts of home.

Our party of 5 adults and 5 children had a great time at The Lodge !!! There was plenty of space for both adults and kids. Kids really enjoyed playing in the yard and most of all swimming off the dock. We brought our pontoon boat, and we went out on the river and fished and swam. Each family had their own own bedroom & bathroom to use, which was awesome !!! We enjoyed sitting on the decks, drinking our coffee and watching the kids swim. Hot tub was a bonus !!!! Everyone enjoyed it. We called Ron when we arrived and he was there in no time. He was very nice and informative about the house and the area. Thanks Connie, The Lodge, was exactly what we needed!!When we left all my grandkids ages 7-17 ask if we could please come back there again!! I told them yes !!! We enjoyed it so much and we will be back !!! From start to finish we had a great experience! Thank you so much !!!

This was our 2nd time at the Lodge and we throughly enjoyed our stay, again. Plenty of room for our group of 2 families( 4 adults & 5 kids) with all the comforts of home. We went to HS for a family wedding. We enjoyed Hot Springs and the Lodge at Lake Hamilton. The house was better than expected. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and two toddlers. We loved the view of the lake and the porch/patio and especially the hot tub.
